Bloor Station needs a complete re-design. The capacity in there is NOT created for the volume of people we have now. I would love it if these auditors could have done this during rush hour, and try and find a place to stand. *Measure the number of people in the cars (i.e. a full car) and approx. the square footage that a person can take, and it’s probably 150% more than what’s available (okay, i’m making it up, but it would be worth the test)

The FLOW in the station is terrible. There needs to be an additional entrance to the East/West line from the North/South platforms on the other end where it doesn’t exist. Not only do people try to pile on during rush hour at the closest door, but also the people at the back have to squish their way slowly in the crowds, to try and get downstairs.

The CAPACITY on the east/west line is terrible. There is just not enough surface area to have all the people there. And then you have people trying to climb up the stairs then a massive amount of people are pushing their way down. There needs to be more room on the platforms and designated up/down stair ways.
