    Issues:
    1) The doors entering the arrival 1st level area of station from Empress Walk / exiting from station to Empress Walk are not “friendly” and cause pedestrian bottlenecks.
    > generally people only want to use one side because opening the other doors is awkward and they are heavy.

    2) The entrance area above the platform level, particularly the concourse from north to south looks always like it is in state of construction /unfinished. It is very depressing.
