One Response to Osgoode

  1. Michael says:

Ever wonder why the TTC stations are dirty?

Because there’s no garbage can at the platform level!! People cannot be bothered to walk upstairs to put their garbage in the only one or maybe two bins up there.

If a garbage bin is always no farther than one train car away, people will put their garbage there.

I’m sure Osgoode station is not the only station without easily accessible garbage bins.

Or, follow the effective rules of other more modern systems – ban eating and drinking once you’re inside the paid area, and impose a hefty fine of at least $500 per infraction. You’ll not see garbage anymore.
