TTC PASSENGER AUDIT 
I find it very confusing when using the Sheppard line when I arrive to know where to exit to find the Sheppard Centre, the East side of Yonge / north side of Sheppard.
* please note that I am not a regular user,…..I’m sure those that use it everyday know where to go,…..but the point is,…it should be easy for occassional users,…and the elderly to navigate their way to where they want to go.
