Hello, and welcome to the TTC Passenger Audit website.
It’s time for residents of Toronto to take ownership of our public spaces, starting with our transit system.
That’s why I’ve been working with community leaders to organize the first ever TTC Passenger Audit of subway and RT stations.
On Saturday, July 17 from 11am to 12:30pm, dozens of volunteers will fan out across the system armed with pencils and audit questionnaires, to gather a comprehensive list of the station repairs, cleaning and maintenance needs of the TTC.
We invite the comments and participation of all interested Torontonians, from individuals to community groups and businesses.
Following the audit we will collate that data and present it to the TTC for staff to take action on it.
On this site, you’ll find a page for each station. We are asking you to join in on July 17th, however if you can’t join us on July 17, you’re welcome to download the questionnaire and send us your comments for your home station. You can also sign up to be an “audit facilitator” at a station of your choice.
Sincerely,
Councillor Joe Mihevc

We would like to extend a special “thank you” to Steven Del Duca, Mike Varey, and Joe MacDonald for all their help in planning and organizing this event.
